Key Signi extensions
Remote identification
- Standard: two-factor (2FA) verification of signers via email and phone.
- With extension: various identification methods across multiple levels — up to the level required by the AML Act. See What is Signi verification and what it is for.
Electronic signing
- Standard: signatures at the simple signature level (SES).
- With extension: signatures via BankID SIGN at the advanced signature level (AES) and certificate-based signatures up to the recognized and qualified signature level (QES). See Qualified signatures and certificate-based signatures.
Long-term archiving
- Standard: storage of signed documents in Signi for 6 months, including sealing the signed document with an electronic seal and a timestamp.
- With extension: long-term storage of electronic documents for 10–50 years, ensuring full document integrity and meeting the conditions for long-term archiving.
