Document composed of multiple files

Modified on Tue, 15 Sep at 11:36 AM

In the application you can send multiple files at once for signing, either as separate unrelated documents or as a main document with attachments.

Instead of a single file, you simply upload multiple documents at once.
Please note that each document is charged separately with a credit (a credit is deducted for each document or attachment).

After uploading the files, you fill in the proposer and the counterparty as usual and continue to the document preview, where this time, instead of a single document, you will see several documents in tabs depending on how many you uploaded:

If at this point you realize you forgot to upload another attachment, no problem — you can do so even here by clicking + Attach document next to the tabs of the existing documents.

Each document then needs to be confirmed, i.e. signed and sent separately.

After sending the documents, you will see them in the preview as follows:

Your signature has been added to the document and now it is waiting for the counterparty's signature.
