In the SIGNI application, it is possible to send multiple files for signing at the same time. Documents can be sent either as:
separate, independent documents, or
a main document with attachments
Instead of uploading a single file, you can easily upload multiple documents in one step.

Document Pricing
By default:
each document or attachment consumes one credit
a credit is deducted for every uploaded file
If you have envelopes purchased, only one envelope is deducted, regardless of the number of documents included.
Working with Multiple Documents
After uploading the files, you proceed in the standard way:
Define the proposers and counterparties
Continue to the document preview

When working with multiple files:
each document is displayed in a separate tab
the number of tabs corresponds to the number of uploaded files

Signatures and Sending
For each document, you must:
place signature fields individually
confirm or sign the document separately
send each document separately
Even when documents are sent within a single envelope, each file has its own signature fields and confirmation process.
