The Signi application uses 11 emails when communicating with signatories - information about a new document to be signed, delivery of a signed document, rejection of a document, expiration of the time specified for signing a document and other service emails.
What can be changed without advanced custom branding
It is possible to change the texts of the introductory email and the subject lines of all emails in all languages by a simple workspace setting, which can be done by the workspace founder, see Workspace Settings > Messages.
Logo, colors and social links can be set within the custom branding.
What else can be changed within advanced custom branding
It is possible to create emails with a completely bespoke design, i.e. it's not just about changing the colour and logo as in the custom branding setup.
There are two ways to provide customization:
Provide Signi with a design of how the emails should look and related graphic elements, a design manual with color codes, fonts, etc. Especially important is the title of the notification email about the document to be signed and the email informing about the signed document. The coding of the emails requires the work of a programmer and has associated costs.
You can modify the standard email template for different languages yourself if you have HTML coders on your team, which will make deployment faster and cheaper. Contact us, we'll send you an actual sample email template, you then send us back the modified email template, the account and the workspace(s) for which the template is needed.
