Overview
In SIGNI, you can customize how you communicate with signing parties using the Messages tab in Workspace Settings. This allows you to tailor emails, SMS notifications, and verification methods so they match your company’s communication style.
All message texts can be configured in multiple languages. Use the option “Select the language of texts you want to edit” to switch between languages.

Message provider (Verification codes)
By default, SIGNI sends verification codes via SMS.
However, it is also possible to deliver verification codes using alternative channels such as:
Viber
WhatsApp

Email communication
Editing the document proposal email
This email is sent to the counterparty when a document is proposed for signing.
You can configure the following fields:
Sender
By default, this field contains:
{NAME} – automatically filled with the company name from workspace settings.Subject
Defines the subject line of the document proposal email.Email content
Contains a default message text that you can freely edit.
Available placeholders
When editing email texts, you can use placeholders that are automatically replaced with real values when the email is sent:
{CONTRACTNAME} – replaced with the document name
{NAME} – replaced with the company name from workspace settings
{CLIENTNAME} – replaced with the full name of the client

Editing email subjects for other emails
By clicking on Email subjects, you can edit the subject lines of other system emails sent by SIGNI.
⚠️ Important:
Only email subjects can be edited in this section.
Email texts cannot be edited without an additional module.
If you want to customize the text of all outgoing emails, you need the Advanced Branding module.

SMS Notifications
SMS notification about document proposal
You can enable SMS notifications to inform the counterparty that a document is ready for signing.
This SMS is optional and can be enabled or disabled.
If disabled, the counterparty will receive notifications only by email.
The SMS text is fully editable, with a maximum limit of 200 characters.
ℹ️ Note:
This SMS is not a 2FA verification message.
It is only a notification informing the recipient about the document proposal.
Additional branding options
SIGNI also offers advanced customization options, including:
Sending emails from your own domain
(e.g.signi@mycompany.com)Full customization of email texts and visual appearance
