In our app, you can send personalised messages to each person you sign documents with. Below are the steps on how to do it:
Step 1: Upload the document
After logging into the app, upload the document and go to the signature scenario settings.
Step 2: Adding the counterparty and the claimant
In this step, add signatories and approvers to the scenario by clicking "Add Signer". Fill in the counterparty information, including name and email address.
Step 3: Set up private management
After adding a counterparty, you'll see a small envelope icon on the right side of the page. Click on this icon.
Clicking on the envelope icon will bring up a window where you can write your personal message to that particular counterparty.
You can copy the message to all signatories by clicking the Copy message to others button.
This way you can send personalized messages to each person you sign documents with. This feature allows for better communication and easier resolution of any questions or problems associated with signing documents.
