How to sign documents on one device

Signing documents on one device with our app is easy and convenient. Below you will find a step-by-step guide on how to proceed.

Step 1: Log in to your account 

Open the http://app.signi.com app on your device and log into your account using your login credentials.

Step 2: Upload the document for signing

Select the documents you want to sign and upload them to the Signi app.

Step 3: Setting up a signature scenario

Now you need to set up the signature scenario... Enter the signers and select Sign on one device. This option can be found by clicking on the Signature Scenario Setup button.

Step 4: Place signature fields

Before submitting, read the document carefully and make sure all the information is correct. Then place the signature fields in the document and click Continue to Signature.

Step 5: Signing the document

Click the button to sign the document and then hand your device to the other party. After clicking the sign button, the counterparty will need to enter their SMS PIN and then they can sign the document.
