How to resend expired documents

There's nothing worse than finding out that documents you've sent through our app have expired. Fortunately, however, you can easily resubmit these documents. Below you'll find the steps on how to proceed.


Step 1: Log in to your account 

First, log into your account on our app.signi.com website.



Step 2: Find your expired documents 

In the user interface, navigate to the Documents section. Here you will find a list of all your expired documents.



Step 3: Select documents to resend 

Open the expired documents you want to resend by clicking on their name. Select Edit and confirm to remove the original signatures.



Step 4: Update and confirm 

Make any updates or corrections that are needed before submitting the document. Then confirm that you want to resubmit the document.
