Messages

You can customize the communication to the signing parties in the next tab under workspace settings called Messages. Everything can be set in different languages, see under the heading "Select the language of texts to edit".

By default, the workspace owner is preset as the sender.

In the Email section, this is the initial notification to alert you of a new document to sign.

The subject lines appear in the email list of your client's email inbox, so the wording is important. You can change the subjects for each notification according to your needs:

If you have team members with signing rights attached to your account and you do not want the workspace owner's name to appear in their communications, you can override the Sender field to your company name, for example.

The same can be done with the body of the email, where you can choose your own text.

You can also use the words below the text in the yellow box. These act as codes that retrieve the information from where it is stored.

SMS messages

If you want the counterparty to receive a notification in the form of a text message, which you can modify yourself, you need to check this option. Otherwise, the notification will only arrive by email.

This is not a verification SMS with PIN - you cannot overwrite the text in this SMS.

Do you need news in any other way? 
Want to communicate with signatories with your own logo, colours or background? No problem, activate Custom Branding.
Need to have a completely custom look and content for all emails that Signi sends? No problem, activate Advanced Custom Branding.
Need to have the domain of the message sender not be signi.com, but the domain of your organization? No problem, activate Custom Email.
