Custom branding

You have often invested millions in your brands. At the same time, you want the customer to know that they are interacting with you whenever they interact with you. By default, Signi displays pages to identify and sign documents and sends out related emails in the branding of www.signi.com.

When you activate the Custom Branding feature, you can "dress" both up in your own way. The signers then know they are signing with you while reinforcing your brand awareness.

Setup procedure

Have you activated the Custom Branding feature in the app for a fee? Here you will find instructions on how to work with the logo and images in the app. So that you can conveniently send personalised documents as soon as possible.

• The logo is displayed above the profile photo.

• The logo in the document will automatically appear in the top left. But only if you have also made the templates - logo module working.  

• Page background in the document design: it should be a minimum size of 1600x900, the recommended size is 3840x2160. See the example image above.

• The main color, i.e. the color of the buttons on the screen when the document is signed by the counterparty, is defined in HEX RGB.

• The layer color, i.e. the background color, is also in HEX RGB.

• The text colour, i.e. the font colours on pages and in emails, are also in HEX RGB.

• By hiding the confirmation of the terms and conditions when signing, you can hide the checkbox agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and agreeing to GDPR.

• Editing the document header is especially appreciated by the counterparty. Before signing the document, the signer can change the information in their header if there are typos or incorrect information. It works only with the Templates module activated.

• You can set the option to redirect after signing a document if you want to send the signer to your website after signing the document. The redirect will be displayed on the thank you page for the signature and a notification that everything went well.
