Signing process

URL to where counterparties will be redirected after signing

Specifies the page to which counterparties are redirected after signing the document.

 Insert signature automatically

Automatically inserts the signature of the first proposer in the signing order.
This works only if the first proposer is also the author of the document.

The header cannot be edited

Prevents counterparties from editing the document header.
For example, they will not be able to change their name or address in template-based documents.
Counterparties will be redirected directly to the signing step and will not see the GDPR and Terms & Conditions page.

Fast sign for proposers

Enables fast signing for the proposer.
The proposer can sign the document including all attachments with a single click.

Hide confirmation conditions when signing

If this option is disabled, clients must confirm their agreement with GDPR and Terms & Conditions using a checkbox.
If enabled, no checkbox is required; instead, a text is displayed stating that by continuing, the user agrees to GDPR and Terms & Conditions.

Redirect registered users after signing

Allows you to redirect registered users to the page specified above after signing.

Fast sign for counterparties

If multiple documents are being signed, or if a document contains multiple signature fields, the counterparty adds their signature only once.
They then complete the process by repeatedly clicking the Sign button.
