Place of Signature (City)

Specifies the name of the place of signature including the preposition (e.g. “In Prague”).

Restrict Signature Date Change

When enabled, the counterparty cannot change the signature date.
The document will always contain the actual date of signing.

Hide Place of Signature

Allows you to hide the place of signature.
Text such as “In Prague” will not be displayed above the signature.

Restrict Phone Number Editing

The counterparty cannot edit the phone number used for signing.

Restrict Place of Signature Change (City)

The signing party cannot modify the place of signature.

Enforce Single-Device Signature

Allows you to require signing on a single device.
This setting applies globally to all documents.

Signature Type Settings

Signature types available to counterparties when using a Simple Electronic Signature:

• Text – entering the name using a keyboard

• Stylus / Finger – the counterparty must draw the signature

• Upload Image – allows uploading an image, such as a scanned signature

Signature Footer Settings

Here you can configure which information is generated below the counterparty’s signature.

• First and last name are generated automatically

• All other information must be manually filled in the contact details
