Signature - inserting your own signature

Modified on Tue, 15 Sep at 11:29 AM

If you don't want to sign every document again or you want to use an automatically inserted signature, create your own sample signature. The best way to create a sample signature is on a touch device, phone, or tablet.

Setting the signature color

You can set the signature color, both for your sample signature and for the counterparty's signature. Choose the color before saving the signature so that the change takes effect.

By default, black is set - if you want to change it, just click into the box and select the color and shade from the color palette, then click next to it and then on Save settings. The color can also be changed by entering a specific hex code in the format #000000 (e.g. for indigo blue the code is #4B0082).

Inserting a signature

Next, proceed to create your own sample signature by clicking the Insert signature button. A selection of signature methods will appear: Stylus, Text and image

Enter your signature using the selected method and confirm your choice with the Insert signature button.

Inserting a signature into documents

Your signature will always be preset when you sign a document.

Under certain conditions, it is also possible to enable automatic insertion of the signature into the document
