Configuring the Workspace

As a virtual office, Workspace allows you to manage your documents in an online environment. 

The settings you save in this interface are valid for the entire workspace, i.e. for all team members who use the workspace. 


When you click on the workspace name in the top left corner, you will see a list of all the workspaces you have created (in the example below, we see a workspace called Personal and a workspace called Company). 


Select the workspace you want to set up and click on Setup Workspace above it:



In case you did not create a workspace when you registered or you want to create a new one, you can do so now by clicking on + Create workspace.
In case you want to invite other colleagues to your account as team members, you need to create the workspace as a legal entity. 


The setup is then done by clicking on the workspace name. After selecting the workspace, the following screen will open:



You can then set and adjust all these parameters:


If you are the owner of the workspace, you can possibly delete it at this point. 

This option can be found under each tab, and at the very bottom center of the screen:
