Create multiple workspaces

When it is appropriate to organize documents into several different workspaces, for example for individual departments in the company, business premises, franchises for which the franchisor provides the signing service, etc.


NA new workspace is created in the menu in the top left corner by selecting Create New Workspace. For each workspace you can set access for other users, set different signing properties.


When signing documents in a company workspace, credits are drawn from the account of the founder, i.e. the main company account. When credits are purchased for a company through the main account, the credits are available for signing in all workspaces, and to all team members invited to that workspace. The actual cost can then be allocated to individual departments or legal entities according to the actual volume of credits used for each workspace.


Multiple workspaces accessible from the top left menu with the option to create more via "Create new workspace".
