The last bookmark in the workspace settings is Settings:



  • 2FA authorization - checking this option means authentication via PIN also for the sender or the Proposer of the document. If disabled, the application will not require PIN confirmation for the Proposer.

    However, the PIN for the counterparty remains.

  • Validity of the draft document in days - validity of the signature link.

    In case the parties involved do not manage to sign the document within the given period, the draft document will expire. If necessary, it can then be renewed and resubmitted. No extra credit is charged for resubmission.

  • Validity of the concluded document in days - these are only notification notifications for documents with a specific validity date (e.g. for a lease agreement valid for a year).

    The setting is currently valid for all documents in the workspace. If you have documents with different validity dates, you do not need to fill in this field.

  • Signature to be inserted automatically - Signature to be inserted automatically - tick if you want to sign the document first as the Proposer. The document will then be sent to the counterparty with your signature. The condition is to save the signature template in the account settings in advance and also to fill in the place of signature for your company or for you as the Proposer (in case the place of signing is always the same = otherwise do not check this box and fill in the data according to the current status).

  • Store biometric signature data - the function of recording the original and unique characteristics (speed, acceleration, pressure, signature time, etc.) of the person signing the document. The data will be stored on our server in case it is needed in the future.

  • The signer can't change the date of the signature - check if you want to prevent the counterparty from changing the date when signing (to something other than the current date).

  • Signing location - if you sign your documents at the same place or in the same city, this can be preset. It is not necessary to write it out at the time of signing.

    The system does not abbreviate the name of the place, so you can enter it in the sixth line - e.g. "in Prague":
