Two-Factor Authentication with SMS PIN
A two-factor authentication using an SMS code (PIN) is required for signing.

Verify via SMS before downloading the document
SMS code verification is required before downloading the document. (counterparties only)

Counterparty does not need SMS verification
The counterparty is not required to perform SMS verification (SMS security does not apply to them).

Verify SMS before viewing the document
SMS code verification is required before viewing the document.

Enforce qualified signature
When signing with a certificate, signatories must use a qualified certificate and cannot use so-called self-signed certificates.

2FA when logging into the workspace
Two-factor authentication is required when logging into the workspace.

Lock the document
Closing the document after signing so that no additional signatures can be added.

Counterparty cannot delegate signature
The counterparty cannot delegate the signature to another person.

Prohibit counterparty from rejecting the document
The counterparty does not have the option to reject the document.

Disable PDF downloads for the counterparty
The counterparty cannot download the PDF version of the document.
