  • HR - Formal offer of employment, work performance agreement, "pink" tax declaration, contract for use of company vehicle, receipt of work equipment, employee familiarisation with regulations, attendance sheets for training, material liability, payroll deductions.

    Note: the employment contract, pay slip, termination notice, credit slip, etc. are still regulated by the Labour Code , but they can be signed electronically on one device at the workplace, then they do not need to be delivered.


The area of electronic signing is governed by the EU eIDAS Directive, which significantly simplifies the conclusion of common commercial agreements outside the public administration.


How does it work


  1. The system prepares the documents to be signed - uploading documents to be signed and/or entering supporting data.

  2. The documents are sent to all signatories for digital signature.

  3. The signed documents or data on the status and result of the signing are received back and the next steps can be automatically started "in reverse".

Microsoft 365 - Office suite in the cloud

Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Enterprise Application Suite

Signi can be easily interfaced with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, typically Microsoft CRM for order or contract drafting, including various attachments in sales or ERP for logistics signing and accounting of delivery notes, credit notes, etc. For more on the technical possibilities of interfacing, see Integration methods - Microsoft Power Automate or direct Signi API calls.

  • For deliveries: documents are transferred to Signi, where they are available to the transferor on a mobile or tablet, the transferee signs electronically on the spot, the signing information is immediately available in the information system of both parties. If hybrid PDF/ISDOC formats are used, they can be processed automatically.
  • When accounting documents are circulated: the acceptor can acknowledge receipt of the document or sign the document, then a broad audit trail is available to the control authority. When hybrid PDF/ISDOC formats are used, they can be processed automatically.

Microsoft Excel Extensions 

We all know that without Microsoft Excel, the world economy would collapse by the next day. Even Signi uses Excel, for example, to send documents in bulk for signature. Just upload the data needed to send out documents into Excel and then just hit the send button in Excel.

  • In the simplest case, one document is sent to one person based on the data from each row in Excel.
  • It is also possible to have a more complicated send, e.g. send one document to multiple people for signature and in turn send multiple documents to one person for signature or approval in one set.
  • It is possible to send the documents directly for signature or to pre-prepare them in Signi where they can be checked and possibly edited before sending.
  • Based on your specifications, we will prepare a template in Signi and the corresponding Excel to populate it. If you have a macro expert on your team, you can easily customize your workbooks to suit your needs.

Microsoft Power Apps - Application Development Platform

Signi can be easily connected to applications developed on the Microsoft Power Apps platform. An example is the TALXIS cloud solution..


Integration methods - Microsoft Power Automate or direct Signi API calls

Microsoft Power Automate can be used to easily and customizably forward documents for signature from your environment. This has one absolutely crucial advantage. It can automate activities in a very flexible way, with many options for calling them or displaying the results in the user interface. At the same time, it allows you to call interfaces/APIs to external systems with data obtained in different parts of the system. As well as automate the actions that occur after results are returned from these systems. Therefore, for integration with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps, we offer the use of the SIGNI connector for Microsoft Power Automate.


If required, e.g. for on premise installations or legacy solutions, a direct SIGNI API call can also be used.
