Employees do not have to spend most of their time on administration and waiting for signed documents to be filed. They can concentrate on their core activities with the greatest added value. Faster confirmation and digital signatures on all documents with customers, suppliers, partners or employees will also speed up the flow of money into the business.

  • DELIVERY - statement of work, handover report, service report, vehicle handover report, home inspection, inspection, delivery note, purchase order, credit note, etc.

  • HR - Formal offer of employment, work performance agreement, "pink" tax declaration, contract for use of company vehicle, receipt of work equipment, employee familiarisation with regulations, attendance sheets for training, material liability, payroll deductions.

    Note: the employment contract, pay slip, termination notice, credit slip, etc. are still regulated by the Labour Code , but they can be signed electronically on one device at the workplace, then they do not need to be delivered.


The area of electronic signing is governed by the EU eIDAS Directive, which significantly simplifies the conclusion of common commercial agreements outside the public administration.


How does it work



  1. The system prepares the documents to be signed - uploading documents to be signed and/or entering supporting data.

  2. The documents are sent to all signatories for digital signature.

  3. The signed documents or data on the status and result of the signing are received back and the next steps can be automatically started "in reverse".
