Single sign-on - Single Sign On - SSO

Modified on Wed, 12 Jun at 3:25 PM

In larger companies, Single Sign On (SSO) is often used. After logging into the computer, the user is given access to all applications for his work. Signi now supports single sign on via Google for companies using Google Workspace. Support for other services, e.g. MS Active Directory, is under development. More in the help.

What do you do?

  1. For users who use Gmail or corporate email hosted in Google Workspace, you tell them not to create an account or sign in to Signi with a name and password, but to choose Sign in with Google in the Signi sign-in window

  2. The first time, Google asks for the necessary access approvals and then an account is automatically created for the user on Signi with their email address and the user is redirected to the Signi home screen.

  3. If you have previously invited the user with their email to any of your workspaces, an invitation to them will appear on their home screen and they can participate in designing or signing your documents.

  4. Next, the option to sign in via Google is similar to signing in to Signi with your name and password.
