Erpio One - integration and visualization platform

Erpio One simplifies the creation of data connections and their subsequent management. It provides pre-built connectors and integration solutions that can be used to create and manage data flows. It allows you to manage and develop simple and highly complex information systems from a single location and a single user environment.



Examples of integrations with Signi via Erpio One 

A typical deployment of the Erpio One integration platform is the interaction of Signi with ERP/accounting systems in two scenarios:

  1. Signi adds to the electronic document before sending all the elements to confirm the authorship of the document and confirm its content at the time of creation, validated by an independent certification authority.

  2. Signi ensures delivery, signing or approval of electronic documents to counterparties with the necessary audit trail for audit authorities or forensic experts.

  • In this case, Signi will ensure that all the elements are inserted to prove the immutability and authorship of the electronic document, i.e. time stamps and seals.

  • This increases the legal certainty of the claimant, who digitises his agenda and gets rid of paper, but the additional benefit for the company is negligible.



Signi will arrange for the delivery, signing or approval of electronic documents to counterparties  

  • In this case, Signi will be used to provide legally verifiable signature or acceptance of the electronic document by people outside the company - customers, suppliers or employees.

  • Signi can also operate in a hybrid mode, where the drafter's signatures are provided by the ERP/accounting system used by users inside the company, and Signi provides "countersigning" of the document by counterparties outside the company's IT environment.
