The paperless office or the digitisation of the accounting or economic agenda has been talked about for a long time. The COVID pandemic19 has accelerated the willingness of companies to go online and lowered the barriers further.


The processing of incoming documents, their extraction and the automation of approvals before posting are often addressed.


Less frequently, speeding up the cycle of documents issued is being addressed. Yet this is an activity with significant financial effects for companies.
