When a Partner supplies Signi to its customers, it orders all Signi services for them directly from Signi or from its Signi distributor. The Partner has the following options for ordering:
- Signi's partner price list,
- a sample partner order form.
Partner price list of Signi services
Includes prices:
- Credits - either as one-off credits , monthly subscriptions () or for high volumes annual subscriptions or back billing
- extended features - e.g. custom branding, patterns, API activation, Microsoft link activation, etc.
- labor - training, integration support, etc.
- implementation packages - for easy start-up of pilot projects, everything you need summarized in one price.
In the price list, the partner always has a recommended end price for the customer and its wholesale price. They receive the price list as part of the partner contract, new versions of the price list are provided to them on an ongoing basis.
Affiliate order
The order captures all the information needed for:
- payment for Signi services - to whom, who, how much, what will be invoiced - see the "Order" sheet.
- providing Signi services - what needs to be set up or delivered where - how many credits to upload to the account, access API for which workspace, who to arrange onboarding with at the customer, etc. see the "Installation Questionnaire" sheet.
It's a bit of red tape, sorry. But it has worked well for us to have everything we need captured in one document. Target partners will order services for their customers directly in Signi under their main account.
The order template is below, downloadable via File > Download as... > XLSX. Partner orders are sent to [email protected]
SAMPLE - Signi - Partners - Order - PUBLIC (CZ)
Smaller end-customers can order some of Signi's services directly in the application, see Credits, Subscriptions and Implementation Packages. However, partner customers should not use this in-app ordering feature, they should contact the partner with their requests. However, partner customers should order everything from the partner. In future versions of Signi, partner customers will be directed to the business contact of that partner. Affiliate partners are the exception to the rule, where the customer deals directly with Signi and they only get a kickback for the customer's spend.
