DEMO environment for convincing demonstrations

The retailer that shows its product "live", preferably with real documents and customer branding, has half a win.

How to set up a DEMO workspace?

  • Create a new workspace called DEMO under your main Signi account.
  • When setting it up, be sure to set it up for a legal entity - this will allow you to invite a broader team, such as individual salespeople from your company, or even customers.
  • he name and company ID don't matter, it can be DEMO and 00000000.
  • Order a demo setup - email partner@signi.com with the subject line "I want a demo workspace", include the email of your main Signi account that the account was set up under and the name of this workspace in the body of the email. We will enable Custom Branding, API Access on the workspace, where you will be able to generate the necessary API key, Document Samples and Signature on one device.
  • We will be happy to add credits for spending, for example as part of a Partner Package. The target signatures via the demo workspace will be completely free. Please bear with us until the development gets to this.

Sample documents for your demonstrations

Ideally, you should always work with real customer documents. But typical documents for individual industries and processes are useful as a kick-off. You will gradually find them in Signi - Demo - SHARED.

What to check before demonstrating to clients

  1. No/do you have custom branding set up for a suitable or different company? Account > Account Settings > Appearance
  2. Do you have an embedded signature on the Signi account from which you want to use a signatory proposer? Account > Account Settings > Signature
  3. No/do you have automatic signature insertion enabled on workspace? Workspace > Workspace Settings > Settings
  4. No/do you have the signature space filled in for the proposer? Workspace > Workspace Settings > Settings
  5. No/do you have enabled sending a notification SMS to signers for signing a document on mobile? Workspace > Workspace Settings > Messages
  6. Do you have a customer contact with email and phone embedded in Contacts so you can just add them as a second party signer? Workspace > Contacts
  7. Do you have a suitable document ready with enough space at the bottom for signatures?

What to watch out for at your own demonstration

  1. When defining the scenario, be sure to add a 1st counterparty to the proposer to place a contact on the customer/employee, etc. This cannot be a second proposer, i.e. a representative of the document creator. Similarly, be careful whether the Signatory or just the Approver is set. If the latter, the location of his signature will not be shown in the next step.

  2. If a document is only signed, the signer will remove themselves from the document before it is sent for signature.

How to easily dress up your Signi app in client colours

If you have custom branding enabled on the demo workspace, just download the client logo from the website. You can easily find out its color code in HEX RGB format by uploading the logo to a tool, e.g.  https://imagecolorpicker.com/en.

How to make a Signi sample in another language?

There are 3 places where you need to think about language:

1.  for your account, set the language of the application

Select a sample document in the language.

  • Examples of English documents are here.

3. on the signing scenario page, set the language of communication with the signers:

Visualisation of the benefits of electronic signatures for the company

Implementing electronic signatures in a company always takes time. It is good for people to have a "carrot" in front of their eyes all the time, a well visualized goal or benefits of introducing electronic signatures for the company.

What can such a picture look like? For example, as an example of a set of documents that can be signed at once "quickly, easily, securely". Or a brief diagram of a shortened process, etc.

It's based on observation - it's only when the customer actually tries an alternative to the current cumbersome "print, send, urge, scan" that you see the "aha moment" in their eyes.

Again, you will find generally applicable examples in Signi - Demo - SHARED.

Set of documents to be signed in HR on arrival (Signed at the employer's workplace facility, i.e. handed over in own hands)

Set of documents to be signed at the conclusion of the transaction: the order itself, GDPR, NDA and GTC
