Speeding up processes

Companies usually have very well supported internal processes with their IS in ERP, CRM, SCM, HR, DMS or office and other applications.

However, at the point when somewhere in the middle of the process a legally binding approval from the environment - customers, suppliers, partners, employees - is needed, we are still in the last millennium. We print, we sign with a pen, we mail.

Of course, the operation of computers is by no means without environmental effects. But it can be many times more efficient than paper hell.
