3 ways to use Signi

Man never has infinite resources. It must prioritize its efforts to implement change. Signi can adapt to this.

Signi used as a standalone cloud service

Signi can be quickly deployed as a standalone cloud service, quiet in the order of days, even hours at the extreme. Only when the team and its signatory counterparts have "gotten a feel" for the new way of working can you proceed to more closely integrate Signi with other business applications.

For more, see Getting started with Signi..

Signi integrated with enterprise applications

Signi can be integrated with the existing IS in the company to make it as easy as possible for the user. They will work as they are used to, only instead of "Print" or "Email", "Send for e-signature" will be added, significantly speeding up the whole process.

See  Integration - Signi API and Signi partner solutions..

Hybrid way of use

In Signi, both approaches can be combined, i.e. for example, a business sends orders for signature directly from its CRM, but a lawyer or HR prepares its documents for signature "manually" directly via the Signi user interface.
