Validity of the document draft in days

Specifies how long the link for signing or approving the document remains valid, in calendar days.

Deemed delivery period in days

The number of days after which the document is considered delivered if the recipient does not retrieve it. The value is used as the default for new documents and can be overridden when creating a document. Range 1–90 days. This is only used when you choose the deemed delivery option (paid feature).

Show workspace selection for incoming documents

If you have multiple workspaces, a window will appear before each signature where you can choose which workspace you want to sign the document in.

Enable placeholder detection

A feature for detecting signature placeholders in the document.

Automatic conversion of documents to PDF/A

The application automatically converts the document to PDF/A format instead of standard PDF.
