Deleting a document

Modified on Tue, 11 Jun at 2:20 PM

If the document has not yet been signed by all parties, it can also be deleted in addition to being edited.

In the document list, select the document you want to delete and simply click on the three dots at the end of the entry. This will expand the other actions you can perform on the document. One of these is to delete the document:

If you are already in the document content, the delete option can be found above the document. Then click the three dots next to the Send button in the top right and select Delete Document.

At that point, the document will be deleted and the credit that was applied to it will be refunded.

If the document already bears a signature for the counterparty who signed first, but the document is not yet signed by the Proposer, this can also be deleted.

However, for this document, the signatures must first be removed, i.e. the document must be returned to a work in progress state using the Edit Document option. The proposal can then be saved and subsequently deleted. In the same way you can delete an expired draft.
