When sending any document for signature or approval, you can specify the order of signatories by checking the Select signatory order option:
Use the arrow on the right side or the icon on the left side to move the contact and determine the order in which the client signs.
The document will then "travel" from one user to the next in the exact order specified:
Continue in the standard way by clicking on Continue to document content.
