Depends on the order of signers via API

Sometimes we may want everyone to sign the document as soon as possible, or we may want all the proponent's representatives to sign first, followed by all the opposing representatives. Other times, the strictly prescribed order of signatories must be followed.

• This is done by using the "settings": { "signing_order": "one_at_a_time" witch for individual signatories

• This is analogous to the Signers Order Matters in the UI.
