Signature display controlled via API

Modified on Thu, 13 Jun at 10:26 AM

  • In addition to the signature itself, it is possible to display additional information about the signer and the signature, see Displaying signatures in a document - signature, identification data, date, place, etc.

  • The showFooter - attribute is used to enable the display of the footer in JSON for the person in the Persons list.

  • To display the footer with additional signatory information, the signatureFooter attribute is used in JSON for the person in the Persons list. Unlike the Signi UI, the show first name, last name, organization, position switches ignore them i.e. if you want to include them in the document, you must include them in this attribute along with others.

  • If you need to indent the text in the footer, use the text "\n" i.e. "Captain Demo\nPetitioner's Company Ltd \nstatutor".
