Approval with note - suitable for shirts and cover sheets

Modified on Tue, 11 Jun at 3:25 PM

Among other things, in order for the statutory officers to be able to prove in the event of a lawsuit that they acted with due care, someone from the company must often comment on the document or approve it before signing it. In the paper world, the so-called shirt or cover sheet is used for this purpose.

In the electronic version, something like this can arise automatically. Just indicate the expressing in the signature script for the document. This will be a representative or an employee of the proposer, i.e. a Signi user with access to the workspace / workspace where the document was proposed in the "Approves" role.

The signature scenario header also has a check mark for "order depends" i.e. it is clear that it will first go through approval and then only sign.

In need of a shirt/cover sheet:

  1. approvers for the proposer write their comments for approval,

  2. the signatories for the proposer see the notes in the left panel when signing the document,

  3. in the control sheet i.e. audit trial the note is visible.

Recall approval with a note on the document.

Poznámka ke schválení

Note for approval.

The signatory, e.g. the Statutory Officer, has notes on the approval of the document by his predecessors in the signature script.

In the Control Sheet, the approval note is listed with the relevant approver.
