Progress

  • Signing of the personal income taxpayer's declaration aka "Pink slip" can take place in 4 variants where the Employer does not/signs and the Employee does not/edits his/her data before signing. This corresponds to the 4 variations of templates and signature scenarios.

  • Employee data can be imported into Signi in the Contacts list and then sent out either one by one or in bulk see HR - Bulk distribution from templates.

  • The employer's signature can be inserted automatically for the time being with some limitations.

Signature scenarios

Employer does not sign - A variant of the template is used where only the employee's signature is on the document, Depends on the order. The author of the draft document approves. Counterparty signs. Obligation to have the statement signed by the employer's representative is not apparent. The script will allow documents to be circulated to someone other than the statutory or authorised signatory for signature.

Employer signs automatically - A variation of the template is used where only the signature of the employee and the employer's authorised representative is on the document, Depending on the order . The author of the draft document signs and thanks to the workspace settings his signature is inserted automatically, However, it is not possible to insert someone else's signature yet, i.e. the draft signature must be created in Signi by an authorised representative of the employer. The counterparty signs.

Employer signs manually - Everything is the same as in the previous case, but anyone can be the petitioner in the signature scenario. Thus, the documents to be signed can be drafted by a specialist in HR, but the signatories can be the statutory officer or any of the authorised signatories.
