Labeling a document

Modified on Tue, 15 Sep at 11:37 AM

Documents in the application can be marked with labels for better orientation, or for your own filtering.

You reach this option by clicking the three dots at the end of any document's record.
Before assigning a label, you must first create it. After clicking the three dots, select the Edit labels option.

Give the label a suitable name:

Save the label name using the Create label option.

The system returns you from the menu back to the list of documents.

Next, select the specific document to which you want to assign the created label. Again click the three dots on it, and this time in the list of labels select the specific label by clicking the arrow.

Select the label and roll the options back up using the arrow.

Then save the label on the document.

In the overview you can now see the given document marked with the label you selected, which is also reflected in the filtering by labels.
