Setting archive periods for envelopes

By default, a standard archive period is applied to the entire workspace. However, you can customize the archive period for individual envelopes.

When uploading a document:

  1. Click the General Settings button.

  2. On the right-hand side, you will see the option to set the archiving length.

  3. Adjust the period according to your needs for each envelope individually.

This allows you to manage retention periods on a per-envelope basis while maintaining a default workspace-wide archive policy.
