Faster signing of documents with customers, suppliers, partners or employees will speed up processes and the flow of money into the company. Employees focus on their core activities with the greatest added value. They don't have to spend time on paperwork and waiting for signed documents to be archived.
Benefits of electronic signatures
Speeding up business processes: by reducing all agreement times, the flow of money into the company is accelerated
Reduced costs: costs associated with printing, scanning and archiving paper documents are eliminated
Increased productivity: teams focus on key activities and don't spend time on administration

How does it work
The system prepares the documents to be signed - uploading documents to be signed and/or entering supporting data.
The documents are sent to all signatories for digital signature.
The signed documents or data on the status and result of the signing are received back and the next steps can be automatically started "in reverse".
Orkist - the digital law platform for real estate transactions
Orkist connects directly to the Land Registry, as well as other public registers, and downloads data from them, which it fills in automatically into prepared contract templates.
In a fraction of the time, a modern real estate agent can have draft contracts available to share with Sellers and Buyers, adjust parameters, agree on their wording and even digitally sign them via Signi. In one click, without leaving the Orkist app, uploading or copying anything. At the end of the transaction, an attorney works in Orkist and appreciates the pre-drafted contracts, the connection to the bank or the automated drafting and electronic submission of the deposit application.
