A salesman is supposed to sell - talk to clients, get to know their needs, propose solutions, close deals, take care of clients. Anything that takes him away from that is wrong. Time spent sending documents back and forth, waiting for signatures and reminding them does no one any good. Neither does the cost of printing, scanning or archiving paper documents.
