Progress

  • Signed by the sales representative with the customer on site,

  • On the sales representative's computer, the customer signs with his biometric signature, optionally a text message is sent to his phone with a PIN , which is filled in at the time of his signature, thus verifying his phone number

  • The documents are then submitted for approval by the control staff at the head office

  • Only after approval does it go to the statutory representative(s) for signature

  • The signed document is then emailed to the customer by both parties

  • The company records the documents in SIGNI or they are forwarded to its system
