• All contractors have access to one workspace, e.g. "Contractors", they have the right to sign but only see their documents and contacts, so that they do not "see under the hood" of each other.

• The contractor prepares the bill or draft order. or signs and has it signed or approved by someone from the client company.

• He then attaches it to the invoice sent for payment.

Set the rights of contractors to see only their documents, even if they are all in the same workspace.

Signing scenario

• Minimum option: only the contractor approves. The FI has the document that is the basis for the invoice.

• Maximum variant: both the contractor and the customer representative sign so that Finance considers the invoice approved.
