Converting documents to paper form

Modified on Tue, 11 Jun at 3:07 PM

Do you need a digitized document that bears the Czech POINT authorization seal when dealing with authorities or in a business relationship? No problem with Signi.

You can easily transfer files from our app in full and thanks to the time stamp, electronic seal or two-factor authentication, they are legally binding.

Authorized document conversion is the complete conversion of a document in paper or digital form into a completely new document that will be included in a data message or file so that there is 100% compliance.

In the Czech Republic, such conversion is offered mainly by the Czech POINT platform and thanks to its verification clause you have a guarantee that your document is completely identical to the source one. You can also arrange the conversion with a notary or a lawyer.

The document created by the conversion has exactly the same legal effects as the original document. However, the conversion itself does not, of course, confirm the truthfulness of the data or its compliance with the legislation in force.

The conversion clause is stored in a central repository at Czech POINT. Everything is therefore verified in real time.

And how to do it? You can find out directly on the Czech Post website.

With Signi, the entire conversion is seamless

Since we develop Signi with the Czech legal environment in mind, we have prepared everything so that PDF documents from our application are immediately usable for conversion. When we tested some competing applications from around the world, the conversion failed. That's why we made sure that everything was fine with us and you could use Signi right from the start without any unpleasant limitations.

For even more precise identification we add a time stamp

We've added the ability to time-stamp documents in Signi. This makes it possible to prove the exact time of document creation. The individual steps of the signature are thus embedded in time and internationally recognised. It is used as standard for electronic documents where it is necessary to prove the time of their creation. Whether contracts or other business documents.
