Error message "An error has occurred"

This error message means that there is a problem that cannot be easily identified. If you receive this message, we recommend the following procedure:


1. Open the browser console - you can usually find it by pressing F12 or using the shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows) or Cmd+Opt+J (Mac).


2. Copy the contents of the console - How to copy the answer from the browser console


3. Send a message to our helpdesk - please forward the contents of the console to help@signi.com with a description of the situation in which the error occurred.


4. Our support team will try to analyze and resolve the issue as quickly as possible based on this information.
