We solved this problem by fixing it from 25.1.2024.

Scanned documents that scanners store as PDF images can often cause problems with signature layers. This article will provide you with instructions on how to resolve this situation using an online tool https://www.sejda.com/flatten-pdf.

Step 1: Open the page Sejda Flatten PDF

Open a web browser and go to the following page: https://www.sejda.com/flatten-pdf.

Step 2: Upload PDF

On the main page of https://www.sejda.com/flatten-pdf click on the "Upload PDF files" button and select the file you want to process.

Step 3: Convert PDF

Once the file has been successfully uploaded, click the Flatten PDF button. This operation is necessary to perform the process of "flattening" the scanned PDF.

Step 4: Download the corrected PDF

Click on the "Download" button to download the corrected document.

Step 5: Continue with the standard signing procedure

The downloaded corrected document can then be used for the normal Signi signature procedure.

By following this procedure, you should be able to effectively resolve issues related to layer errors in scanned PDF documents.
