How booking works
If a partner has an end customer with whom they have an opportunity to sell Signi, they need to "book" them as a potential customer with Signi. After submitting the booking (using the form, see below on this page)::
- First, an automatic confirmation will be received,
- then someone from Signi's partner team will either confirm the booking or agree on a further course of action together if someone is already working on the customer.
For booked customers, business activities related to Signi services are then conducted exclusively by the partner. Signi is in contact with the customer only after agreement with the partner. Other partners, if interested in a booking, will be alerted to an existing booking. The aim is to achieve a win-win situation. Often we can support each other.
The reservation period is 2 months. If there is no activity towards closing a business case for a given customer, the customer is released. During the booking period, the status of the opportunity must be updated together with a period of 14 days. The goal is simple, to work together to figure out the most effective way to close the opportunity as quickly as possible using the experience from other Signi customers.
