Adding Labels to a Document

Modified on Tue, 11 Jun at 2:23 PM

Documents in the application can be labeled for better orientation or for custom filtering.

You can access this option by clicking on the three dots at the end of any document record.

You must first create the label before you can assign it. After clicking on the three dots, select the Edit Labels option.

Name the label in an appropriate way:

Save the label name by selecting Create Label.

The system will return you from the menu to the list of documents.

You can then select the specific document to which you want to assign the label. Again, click on the three dots next to the label and this time select the label in the label list by clicking on the arrow.

Select a label and scroll back through the options using the arrow.

Then save the label next to the document.

In the overview, you can already see the document marked with the label you selected, which is also reflected in the filtering by labels.
