The area of electronic signing is new to everyone. It's not a roll or a BMW that we know what to expect. We have no experience with it.
At the same time, electronic signing is a legal act, an expression of the will of the signatories, with potentially serious legal consequences.
Therefore, a prerequisite for exploiting the potential of e-signing is to raise awareness of the legal context of e-signing among all those involved.

One of the important helpers in this mission are lawyers who are very well versed in the field of digitalisation and have the necessary knowledge of the laws and their implications. They can:

explain the necessary concepts and context to business people, give them clear answers on whether, where and under what conditions electronic signing can be used in their company,
discuss the same with lawyers in the companies, compliance and risk people, etc. on a professional level.
