Signi can be used as a standalone web service. The advantage is fast deployment. Just set up an account on Signi and you can digitize your processes.
However, it can have an estimated double effect if you link Signi to your existing applications. This allows you to digitize your ENTIRE business process, not only the internal part of the process provided by your existing applications, but also the external part of the process requiring the interaction of third parties that do not have access to your internal systems.
Users use their own applications, "only" adding the option "Send for e-signature" to the options "Print" or "Send by email". They don't even need to know that Signi exists.
Connected Signi automates both internal and external parts of the process.
