Business and technical options for integrating partner solutions

The business and technical dimension of integration

When integrating partner applications, we address 2 main areas:

  1. How to connect the application technically, see Integration & API?
  2. How will the money flow between us?

In both cases there are more options, let's discuss the most common ones below.

Signi as an invisible component

In this variant, customers call up the signature in your application. They don't even need to know that Signi exists. Signers receive notification emails and SMS that are mediated by the Signi app. Back to you, Signi relays information about the signing result and your app shows it to users. You sell signatures to your end customers, you buy from us at wholesale prices.

In the simplest connectivity option, your application is connected to Signi through a single service account. This user is the designer of the document, but does not sign anything. The signing permissions are determined by your application.

The other extreme of this approach is full authentication and authorization of users via the chosen SSO method. If it is really beneficial for customers, why not, just count on significantly more integration work.

Integration of two directly used applications

Another option is that the customer uses both your app and Signi, paying each of us per use. Yet he wants to connect the application. If you get such a customer, you get a commission for his spending with us.

Combination of both approaches

The magic of e-signing is that it can be used in virtually any department of a company. It can easily happen that a company starts using Signi with your application focused on an agenda, such as HR, and soon finds that Signi would be useful elsewhere. No problem. If you brought the customer in, you'll get a commission on their spend in other agendas as well.

Are you not satisfied with any of these options?

Never mind, don't panic.

The IT world is changing at a cosmic speed and we all need to change with it.

Tell us what you need for the technical or business side and we'll come up with something.
