• ELDP or similar document is sent

• Recipient only approves the document

• The document proposer has an Audit Trail Control Sheet - similar to a postal receipt - as confirmation of the recipient's receipt of the document, e.g. for the purposes of an audit from the Labour Office.

• The proposer only approves, or the approval is automatic on transmission from the integrated system

• 1. Counterparty - recipient of the documents Approves the sent document

HR - Output - Confirmation of handover of output documents including ELDP with signature of the handover protocol

Progress

• A Transfer Protocol is sent and signed only by the recipient of the documents.

• Next in the set are documents to be received that are only approved by the recipient, e.g. ELDP, Receipt of Income, Receipt of Income for the Employment Office, etc.

• The recipient only signs the handover report, the other documents are only Approved or Noted.

• The proposer of the documents has an acknowledgement of receipt by the recipient of the document, e.g. for the purpose of control from the Labour Office for output documents
