Principle
To achieve the benefits of electronic legal transactions.
... three things need to be aligned - processes, people and documents.
Processes are captured in Signi in signing scenarios that specify who has to sign, when, how and which document to sign, approve etc. with the necessary Signi environment setup for the signing scenario to take place.
The people are the document authors, signers, approvers, or those to whom the signing messages go.
The documents are passed as ready-made files or as data to be filled into Signi document templates, either through the Signi user interface or from integrated applications.
Signing scenarios for individual company departments
Processes with electronic legal transactions can be found in all parts of your organization. That's why we try to describe them well so that they are easy to set up.
More about Signi from a business and legal perspective:
2 ways to deploy scenarios - fast, cheap, secure
Signi is a cloud service that serves as a "hub" of methods for electronic legal negotiations - electronic identification, signing and archiving.
The goal is always, to integrate the methods into your processes, so that users can get their "job done" in a minimum of clicks.
To do this, there are two options for deploying Signi in an organization - directly and connected i.e. via its user interface or in connection with any application, from modern via REST API to "legacy" via export - import of CSV files.
