After creating and sending the document to the counterparty, the system prompts you to enter your signature. Depending on your account settings, the following options may occur:
- The system first prompts you to enter a PIN, then redirects you to sign the document.
- The system directly redirects you to the signing screen (signature and place can be automatically set in the account settings - signature in the account settings and place in the workspace settings).
- If you have two-factor authentication disabled and pre-set signature and place, the system sends the document directly to the counterparty.
After successfully signing and sending the document, you will see this message:
In the document preview, you will see the added signature.
Now we are waiting for the counterparty's signature.
